Design catering at WAMP’s second birthday
You are kindly invited to take part at WAMP’s second birthday-fair with our design catering and small bites on the 20th of July.
Apart from the regular WAMP fair you are welcome to visit our birthday-exhibition composed of a special installation and catering by seven Hungarian artists of glass, ceramics and textile design: Dorottya Nagypál, Judit Grünfelder, Renata Jakowleff, Zsuzsa Rátkai, Zoltán Lubloy, Dorka Tímár and Judit Lantos. As well as to celebrate our birthday this event is also to draw the attention to Hungarian silicate works.
Programmes:
11 am – 7 pm Exhibition of glass, ceramics and textile design
11 am – 7 pm DJ Killbert
11 am – 5 pm Creative corner for children
Results of the past two years of WAMP:
- 90 designers per fair on average
- WAMP extras at Hungarian (Volt, Lakástrend and Design, ARC, LUMU, Plasztik exhibition) and international festivals (Vienna, Berlin, Peking)
- NL: No Limit three-day-long Dutch-Hungarian Design Festival with 8600 visitors in Gödörklub
- Community portal for designers, designer-database
- Several fashion-shows with the participation of the greatest Hungarian fashion designers
- DJ-es, concerts, parties, beach… and of course the regular design fair every month
