Polish design group gogo has designed interesting products. I would say “cut off products” Many clocks or radios on one plank which you have to cut off when selling. It was awarded at DMY International Design Festival 2008 – Jury’s favourite selection.
Log Radio – Raw log of pinewood with built-in radios.
Radios are cut-off from the log with hand saw. Involving the user in production process gives every radio unique and personal final touch.
Log Clock – 2000x100x50mm (10pcs.)

So what if you'd like mess up on yours, then that would totally screw up the next one for the next guy. Can you imagine showing up home with a finger bandaged from buying a clock? So not cool of an idea! LOL!
