Results of Industrial Design Competition Organized by NORD group

In October Ukrainian producer of domestic appliances “Nord”, has announced industrial design competition in 2 categories (refrigerator and kitchen stove) with a main prize — Mac Pro work station and Cinema HD Display.

And now winners are already known.

91 competitors from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova and Uzbekistan were registered. 27 of them have presented one or at once two projects for both categories. Almost all projects were on very high level of quality and it was not easy for jury to make their choice even on the step of making short-list. On November 18 the winners were announced.

In “Refrigerator” category

first prize was given to Andrey Bondarenko, from Nikolaev city, Ukraine


Second prize —Roman Kovbasyuk, Sumy, Ukraine.


Also the second prize got Il’ya Melekhov, Moscow, Russia.

In “Stove” category

First place – Oleg Stepanov, Odessa, Ukraine.


The second place was divided between Denis Belmas, from Lugansk, Ukraine (his projects were already presented in our blog).
