
Speaker at Auto(r) Automotive Design Conference 2009: Domagoj Đukec is one of top Citroën designers. He is a Croatian designer born in Frankfurt who graduated at University of Pforzheim in 1989 and same year started to work for Volkswagen Group at Design Center Europe, Sitges (Spain). He moved to Citroën studio (PSA Group) in 2001 by personal invitation from Jean-Pierre Ploué, a former Sitges colleague and than Design Director at Citroën. Đukec there became one of the key people that created new Citroën aesthetic by creating six cars: C-Airdream, C4 coupé, C5 Airscape, C5, C-Crosser and Hypnoss. Today at his 34, he is an Exterior Supervisor at Citroën that lives in Paris and spends his free time in Frankfurt with parents or Croatian seaside with his friends.
