Polish designer Oskar Zieta designed stool Plopp for young danish company Hay. Design was presented on Stockholm furniture fair last week with other new pieces by Hay.
Experimental approach to stool is especially in its form and play with materials. Aluminium sheets look like soft rubber. Process of making was also on show. It is special technique of hydro-forming, which is used mainly in car industry. Plopp was also awarded in nordic AID awards for best new nordic design this year.
