Sýpka auction holds auction of art, antiques and design this Sunday (28. 3. 2010) at Žofín palace in Prague. Here we are focused only on design.
Visitors can see and buy all ranges of design from secession and art-deco, functionalism, to mid-century modern and post-modern. Furniture, lighting glass, porcelain and other accessories are all included. Majority offer is a czech original design, but also some names from abroad are presented. For example Achille Castiglioni, Marcelo Morandini or french cult porcelain from Limoges. From czech production are very interesting furniture and objects of functionalism of 1930s or mid-century organic design of lightning by Zukov, Drupol or Napako.
