Performance made of six designers fashion show is going to introduce their works and collections is also supposed to be a fashion photography exhibition opening. Photogaphy by Jan Grombirik and contemporary fashion designes by Miroslav Sabo, Daria Makeeva, Jindra Jansova, Karolina Jurikova, Jana Ljuptakova and alesbary will create a completed project together called VISION. What joins the authors? Common attitude to fashion design in creating visions to work with and the author of photography.

Project is supported with special guests who is an architect Eva Jiricna, Eva Eisler and Jana Knauerova. All of them, on a position of a model or an author are nameholders of the photographic collection together with young designers above.

Once upon a time two girls, Anett Gálvölgyi and Anna Zsófi Kormos and two men, Ádám Baranyi and Márton Miovác have met. Their mind and souls worked well together therefore they have decided to form a fashion group. Dear reader, that’s how Hungarian label, the FOUR was born.

Their second collection for this season (2011-2012 fall/winter) is a bit Hitchcock like, elegant, dark and creepy, the silhouettes were inspired by the 1950s and 60s. The clothes are practical, serves great the urban women needs: a clutch that can be transformed into a huge bag with a single move, a skirt that can be worn as poncho, and yet, they are paired with classic pieces such as wide hats and spat on the shoes.

The dominant colour is black, but it’s completed with scarlet, gold, colours of a volcano, matched with turquoise. The cuts are bold, sometimes even origami-like, and show enough to play with the viewer’s fantasy, flirty,  but it is certainly not too much. The Hungarian label, Ivanka Concrete lunched its first fashion collection consisting of clothes and stylish accessories. Thanks to a special technique the high performance concrete is lightweight and therefore easily wearable. The Genezis Collection began with a model made almost entirely of concrete, the evolution of the collection explores the effects produced by alternating the ratio between concrete and leather.

The concrete handbags and clutches were completed with series of organ jewellery, made by Anna Szabó, architect intern at the studio. The collection consist five vital organs – lung, stomach, liver, heart and kidney – that can be easily transplanted due to a hidden magnet and they stick to a wide range of surfaces from its own chain, that actually feels like a vain, to belt buckles, lamps and fridges.

One of the latest works from Art. Lebedev is the concept giving a new impulse to watch market, according to their task: To bring an idea to life. Studio Art. Lebedev have designed specific digital watch Integralus, which have two separated display segments. One for minutes, one for hours and each has his own baterry. These segments are designed to snap together to lock your watch. The body is made of machined aluminum. The elastic band comes in three sizes, diverse colours and uses spring shafts to connect to the body.

We have already published about a couple of fashion collections for women… Poor male readers! The time has arrived, your prays were listened, here are the top collections of Hungarian brands for fall/winter 2011. Daniel Benus, who won the Fashion Awards Hungary in Upcoming Designer category this year, has created a minimalistic, urban collection with basic colors of black, grey and blue that were completed with hints of bright red.

USE UNUSED is a well-known fashion brand not only nationally but also world-wide. They also collaborated with POS1T1ON group this year, to design a furniture collection. Is was a big success just like their capsule collection for men for the cooler months. The campaign pictures are mind-blowing, taken in one of the group member’s own apartment. A classy man, whose girlfriend is probably a Nanushka-girl, was dreamed by the fashion trio for the fall/winter season.

Dora Mojzes imagined men is a little more rock-n-roll, edgy way for this season. Dark colors and crazy cuts, while the model looks like a blue Gothic-band singer.

And you surely don’t want to survive the cold winter without accessories. Here’s Hungary’s newest fashion hip, the very young and already successful ANNA AMÉLIE, a.k.a. Anna Olah, who’s “Burzsuj” collection for men contains quality leather handbags and laptop cases.

You could have read about the Fall/Winter 2011 collection of Hungarian fashion brand, Nanushka already on DESIGNEAST.EU. Szandra Sándor’s amazing, comfy but elegant clothes deserved a better dispaly before the holidays, an urban-nomadic beta showroom in downtown Budapest. 5 young architecture students, Daniel Balo, Zsofi Dobos, Dora Medveczky, Judit Emese Konopas and Noemi Varga have created an interior that matches with the style of Nanushka’s latest collection. 250 square metres of fabric was hoisted into place around the walls and ceiling of the shop while the floor was covered with firewood circles. The whole interior gives the impression of a luxurious tent in the middle of the woods, lighten with inflatable chandeliers by Hungarian manufacturer, Ballon. The pieces of the collection are hanging from rusted steel racks that matches well with the atmosphere.

The collection completely reflects the personality of the artist. It combines both a futuristic and a retro vision of design, mixing vintage aesthetic
with advanced production elements. Dzmitry has a unique design approach and believes that the future of design lies in our past and our heritage. The collection is entirely produced in France using up-to-date technologies and handmade know-how.
