FOLK carpet is inspired by traditional weaving still existing in north eastern region of Poland. Mix of different cultures in this region resulted in combining motifs from Belarus, Ukraine and Baltic states. FOLK’s ornament emerged from simplifying traditional motifs and modifying them to resemble modern computer graphics. FOLK combines old technique of producing baize with screen printing.
